On the afternoon of June 7, the Inauguration and Plaque Awarding Ceremony of the Huaihua Seed Industry Association, together with a signing ceremony for seed industry projects, was held in Huaihua.

Yang Yuanzhu, Vice President of the China Seed Association and President of the Hunan Seed Association, and Li Chunqiu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and Mayor of Huaihua, delivered speeches at the event.

He Zunqing, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Huaihua Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Commission, presented the plaque to the Huaihua Seed Industry Association. Du Dengfeng, Vice Mayor of Huaihua, awarded plaques to the “Chief Expert” Studio of the Seed Industry Chain and the Expert Advisory Team.

Among those attending the ceremony were Yu Weilin, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Rice Branch of the China Seed Association, and Liu Xuewen, President of Huaihua Vocational and Technical College, along with other distinguished guests.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhenhua, Chairman of Hunan Opulent Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as the first President of the Huaihua Seed Industry Association.

Zhang Zhenhua, President of the Huaihua Seed Industry Association, stated that the Association will strive to fully play its role as a bridge between the government and enterprises, actively serving the needs of the seed industry. It will work to promote the development of the sector and make due contributions to building Huaihua into an “International Seed Industry Capital.”
