1. Associate degree or higher in agronomy, plant protection, seed science, or related fields;

2. Acquire knowledge of rice production and its production processes, seed processing and seed quality testing, as well as crop cultivation and plant protection.

3. For rice breeding, winter field trials must be conducted in Hainan.
